1. About Our Services

Dr. Cailey Bureau Wellness LLC provides educational content, digital wellness programs (including The Core Reset), and 1:1 virtual coaching related to pelvic floor and core health, movement, and general wellness.

Our Services are educational and coaching in nature. They are not a substitute for medical care. Dr. Cailey Bureau, PT, DPT holds a professional physical therapy license; however, participation in the Services offered through this Company does not create a physician-patient, therapist-patient, or any other clinical or treatment relationship. No diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care is provided through this Company's content, programs, or virtual coaching. Clinical, in-person physical therapy evaluation and treatment (including internal pelvic floor exams, dry needling, and e-stim) are provided separately through licensed clinical settings and are not part of the Services covered by these Terms]

2. Medical Disclaimer

The content, programs, and coaching provided by the Company are for general educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

Always consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery or injury, or have any pre-existing medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or were told through our Services.

You acknowledge that:

  • Individual results vary, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

  • You are voluntarily participating in exercise and movement-based programming and assume all associated risks.

  • If you experience pain, discomfort, or any concerning symptoms during participation, you should stop immediately and consult a healthcare provider.

3. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By participating in our Services, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury or harm that may result from physical activity, movement, or exercise associated with our programs or coaching. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Dr. Cailey Bureau Wellness LLC, its owner, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Services.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Purchases, Payment, and Refunds

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Stan Store) at the time of purchase.

  • Refund Policy: All purchases, including digital products, program enrollment, and coaching packages, are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued, regardless of usage or completion.

  • Coaching packages and program enrollment terms (including cancellation and rescheduling policies) will be outlined in your individual coaching agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services — including videos, written materials, graphics, program curricula, and branding (including "The Core Reset" and associated materials) — is the exclusive property of Dr. Cailey Bureau Wellness LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Purchase of a program grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

7. User Conduct

When participating in our programs, community spaces (e.g., group chats), or commenting on our content, you agree not to:

  • Share program materials, videos, or content with individuals who have not purchased access

  • Post abusive, harassing, or inappropriate content

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose

  • Share another participant's personal or health information shared within group settings

We reserve the right to remove any user from a program or community space that violates these standards, without refund, at our discretion.

Testimonials and reviews shared with us reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results for other participants. We will only use identifiable testimonials with your express written consent.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific results from participation in our programs or coaching. Outcomes depend on individual factors including but not limited to adherence, starting condition, and consistency.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Cailey Bureau Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Cailey Bureau Wellness LLC and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
